Why am I having problems viewing the contest pages?
Our site uses cookies and you must have yours
turned on for things to work properly. As well, ad-blocking software will block some things from appearing. In order to eliminate this problem, you must un-install or disable the ad-blocking software.
Your browser text size might be set to largest or large and as a result may be pushing the 'Click here' text down to where you can't see it or reach it.
If you don't want to change your text size, clicking on any of the pictures in the contest listing will take you straight to the contest page.
To change the text size in your browser:
• Internet Explorer 5 and up
1. Go to the top menu of your browser and select View.
2. Choose Text Size in the drop down menu.
3. Select Medium in the next drop down menu.
• Firefox
1. Go to the top menu of your browser and select View.
2. Choose Text Size in the drop down menu.
3. Select Normal in the next drop down menu.
Provincial laws regulate contest entry rules. As a result, not all contests can be made available in all provinces.
Why am I getting spammed after entering your contest?
You may be receiving spam – but it's not from us! Chatelaine does not sell its e-mail address to anyone, and has one of the most rigourous privacy policies in Canada.
