For 2 weekends in a row, I've missed my personal training sessions, though I had been going to the gym on my own during this time. I finally trained again on Sunday morning. It is now Tuesday morning and my abs are still sore, as are the muscles in my chest and shoulder area...not "bad" sore but that feeling where you KNOW you've really worked them. She had me do some new ab exercises (which I absolutely HATED and which took more co-ordination than I seem to have!) - they were really hard but I'm guessing this is what I'm feeling now. I wish I could push myself as hard as my trainer pushes me. I'm sure some people can do this but I don't seem to have that ability...I stop when it gets hard; I lower the weight when it's a challenge. But I do love this feeling that I get when she has really pushed me to my limit.
