Limit her access to the entire house, keeping her in the kitchen and start crate training. She will need to go outside upon waking, after playing, eating and nap time. By crating her with a nice fluffy blanket you will be able to monitor her movements and she will most likely whine when she has to go. Also take her to the exact same spot to potty each time and reward with a small treat and lots of praise. You might also take some of the paper she's used to the elected spot.
